DEACONS MINISTRY

Deacons are those in our church family who are willing to make Jesus known by sharing His love with those who are in distress and with those who have a need.

They do this by:

• Phoning those who are in a crisis situation
• Visiting those who are in the hospital
• Visiting those who are in care homes
• Visiting those who are shut-ins (people who are no longer able to attend Sunday services)

How can I get involved?

If you would like to be a Deacon at Sevenoaks Alliance Church, please note the following:

• Deacons must be church members
• Approval must be granted by the Board of Elders
